Richard BryettSolutions Manager
Richard founded Kantion, having extensive experience of software distribution and support in Europe and Australia. Recent roles include leading the Asia Pacific Operations for UK and USA based software organisations, but Richard also draws on 25 years of software solutions experience in areas including regulatory compliance management, security management, operations automation and business intelligence.

A personal passion for outstanding customer service and integrity forms the foundation of Kantion, and how it approaches its relationships with customers and partners.

Lindsay BrownTechnical Services Director
Lindsay leads Kantion’s technical and customer support services, drawing upon over 25 years IT Operations Management, software development and ERP application environments. Lindsay worked for JD Edwards for 13 years in roles around the world including 6 years as JDE Technical Operations Manager.

Lindsay has provided consultation services to small, medium and enterprise organisations, leveraging strong experience of multi-platform, multi-site data centre environments. Lindsay heads up Kantion’s Technical Services team, delivering our customers with product support, training, implementation and consultancy services.

John MurrayTechnical Services
John has over 20 years experience in IT, having worked for many organisations including solution vendors in Australia and abroad. His experience includes the development and support of software tools for development and datacentre environments.

John has provided consultancy services on systems development methodologies and for platform independent application solutions. This includes over 10 years of experience with the JD Edwards ERP system. In addition, John has worked with with industrial manufacturing organisations implementing realtime process control.

John’s ‘real world’ experience provides a clear appreciation of customer needs and a strong base for providing software product support as part of Kantion’s Technical Services team.

Gary WoodcockTechnical Services
Gary has an extensive background in IT, having worked in IT development, application and systems management positions over many years. His roles at ANZ Banking Group, Country Road Clothing, Mattel, Aldon and latterly Rocket Software developed his expertise with a variety of software technologies and hardware platforms.

Gary has provided consulting services to a wide range of business and has acted as a Professional Services Consultant implementing the Rocket Aldon product suite on a global basis over a 13 year period. He has a vast knowledge of the Rocket Aldon products and brings a strong customer focus to the Technical Services team.

David Pickett Technical Services
David is well-known amongst IBM iSeries users, having worked with IBM Mid-range systems including the AS/400 (iSeries, IBM i) since its launch in 1988.

David started a career with IBM. During this time he held positions for national and international technical support for many years, including three years on assignment to IBM’s AS/400 plant in Rochester, Minnesota. David left IBM in 1992 to set up his own consultancy business specialising in AS/400 performance and this later grew into a reputable business that supplied software and services to the IBM Power Systems marketplace and is now incorporated into Kantion.

David specialises in providing our customers with technical support in many areas including iSeries performance, capacity planning and change control.
